Nemerc is an international fabric trading company headquartered in Shaoxing, China, with Swedish co-ownership.
The company was founded by two partners — one rooted in Shaoxing's textile industry, one in Sweden. That structure is the point: purchasing and quality control happen at the source, while contracts, communication, and working standards follow European practice.
We trade polyester–rayon blends and wool fabrics, mainly suiting qualities, and sell to garment manufacturers and wholesalers in Russia, the Middle East, and Europe. We are not a mill and don't pretend to be one — we are the buyer's people on the ground in the world's largest fabric market.
From inquiry to delivery

Production & QC
We place the order with the mill and inspect weight, width, color fastness, and defects on every lot.
Shipping
