Nemerc is an international fabric trading company based in Shaoxing, China, bridging the local textile market with global buyers.
Founded by a European-Chinese team, the company was built to solve a specific problem. By combining deep local roots with an international approach to business, we give our clients the best of both worlds. Purchasing and quality control happen directly on the ground at the mills, while communication, contracts, and reliability follow European standards.
We trade polyester-rayon blends and wool fabrics, mainly suiting qualities, and sell to garment manufacturers and wholesalers in China, Europe, Central Asia, and the Middle East. We are not a mill and don't pretend to be one: we are the buyer's people on the ground in the world's largest fabric market.

Why a sourcing partner, not a factory direct?
A single factory in Keqiao is usually one specialist in a four- or five-stage chain, not your whole order, and its minimum order quantities, language, and production queue are built around large domestic accounts, not an international buyer mixing a few articles. That's the gap we close: lower effective minimums across a mixed order, a sample before you commit, and quality control on your side of the transaction, not the mill's.
